How it Works
I offer fully customizable pet portraits created in a variety of traditional mediums. Below, you’ll find a simple three-step breakdown of my process, along with material details to help you choose the best option for your pet.
1
Choose your medium
Dry media pieces are created using professional-grade pastel pencil, charcoal, and colored pencil on archival quality unframed paper. All mediums allow for your choice of full color or B&W.
Wet media is completed on stretched, ready to hang canvas. Acrylic paint dries almost instantly, however, oil can take 1-4 weeks until dry to touch with proper mediums. All commissions are sealed with a specialized varnish to ensure long lasting environmental protection.
2
Pick a size
Commissions can be done horizontally or vertically to best suit your request. Gallery wrapped canvas for wet media is ready to hang.
If you need a custom size that is not listed feel free to email me and I will provide you with a specialized quote!

1 / Do you draw pets other than cats and dogs?
Absolutely! All pets are welcome.
2 / How long does a portrait take?
My typical turnaround time is about 6 business days for dry media and 1-2 weeks minimum for wet media. Completion time varies based on size, medium, and current commission volume.
3 / Is payment required upfront?
I require a 50% deposit once your request has been approved. This secures your spot and covers materials so that I can start creating your custom piece. Payment accepted through Venmo, Zelle, PayPal, or cash if locally based!
3 / Do you accept commissions outside of pet portraiture?
Yes! For any other commission or prints requests, please use the contact page or email me directly.
4 / Can you ship artwork?
I can! If shipping is needed please email me to discuss costs and details further.
5 / Is my request guaranteed after submitting the form?
Submitting the form is not a guarantee of approval, because each portrait is created individually by hand, commission requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis before being accepted.
